Among the applicants were Prince Scipione Borghese, an enterprising aristocrat and his devoted chauffeur Ettore.

Dear Both , Well done for the efforts you have made so far , Can you wire the steel ring onto the broken spoke of the steering wheel ? or perhaps bind it & if you wanted to make it stronger coat the binding in araldite.
