  3. Thanks guys for keeping the blog going for the whole time. We’ve wasted six weeks following yours and a couple of others and it really revived the memories we have of the 2007 P2P. Now you’ve got a taste for it, maybe we’ll see you on another long distance event?

  4. Hi there,

Glad you make it and terribly sorry the kids could not come and welcome you on the Parisian soil. Tragic familial things came into play so you have to do it another time for us to be able to ensure our attendance ;)

Speak to you soon I guess

    Cheers

  5. Fantastic!
Very well done indeed boys. What a brilliant adventure you have had. And back safely, just what we all wanted.
    Love and congratulations xx

  6. Or is it a slightly sad look as the adventure comes to an end?

  7. Well done. I’m sure I can detect a cheeky grin or look of happy satisfaction on the Bentley in your photo. She brought you back safe, happy and well it seems.

  8. Well done again. I have also been rallying in Worcester on a much smaller scale but share your celibrations with beer!

  9. Very Well done all three of you Peter , David & the 4.5. A great achievement & very good to have driven & navigated so far . Re the small starting problem can I suggest you check the plug gaps are not over 18 thou & the points in the mags have not closed up with so much use in dusty conditions – 12 thou here I beleive . Are you depressing the clutch when using the self starter ? See you in Surrey to hear more tales of derring do .
Congratulations on a great result George Pitt + 30-98

  10. Hi Guys
Congratulations, what a fantastic achievement. So sorry we couldn’t be there to welcome you back – James will explain all when we see you. Have a wonderful time celebrating, hope the Paris demonstrations don’t get in your way. Looking forward to hearing all your adventures in the pub on your return, the highlight of my day has been following your blog, so entertaining. Love Jane xx

  11. Congratulations to you both on an absolutely supurb result! You must be jubilant and relieved i’m sure to have brought the car back in one piece through what has, without doubt, been a significant adventure. I hope that you have a bottle of fizz on ice and a luxurious hotel for the weekend . I wish I could be there to cheer you in, enjoy!
Looking forward to visiting in the not to distant, Chris E.

Well done chaps. What a fantastic adventure. I am sorry I can’t be in Paris as well to congratulate you personally – but am there in spirit (actually in Vancouver today). I will look forward to seeing you soon and learning even more about the adventure.
